Description

Delightfully crunchy keto-friendly tortilla chips made with almond flour and cheddar cheese, perfect for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add the egg into the dry mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Slice the dough into triangles or desired shapes.
  6. Transfer the pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
