Deliciously crispy cheese chips made with mozzarella and pepperoni, perfect for a low-carb snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crispy pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shredded mozzarella, chopped crispy pepperoni, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them into chip shapes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy chips, bake for a few more minutes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
