Description

Deliciously crispy cheese chips made with mozzarella and pepperoni, perfect for a low-carb snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix shredded mozzarella, chopped crispy pepperoni, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flattening them into chip shapes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chips, bake for a few more minutes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
