Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, add the chopped cauliflower and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the cauliflower is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
