Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 4 oz tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (for garnish)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the cucumber into 1/2 or 1/4-inch bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients except the garnishes in a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend the mayonnaise, chopped red bell pepper, drained tuna, and spices together until smooth.
