Description

A deliciously rich ribeye steak paired with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
  3. Add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks from the skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Slice the steak and serve topped with creamy garlic sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

Let the steak rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
