Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
