Description

Delicious juicy skirt steak kebabs marinated to perfection and grilled with vibrant bell peppers and onions for a flavorful outdoor cooking experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • Skewers


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the skirt steak into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
