Ingredients
- 10 fresh jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the stuffed jalapenos in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
For milder poppers, use larger jalapenos and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
