Description

A delightful appetizer that combines the spicy goodness of jalapenos with creamy cheese and savory bacon, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the stuffed jalapenos in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

For milder poppers, use larger jalapenos and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
