Description

A delightful blend of tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a sweet yet spicy honey Sriracha sauce that brings excitement to weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.

Notes

Consider marinating the chicken in the sauce for extra flavor. Adjust honey and Sriracha based on your heat preference.
