Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crunchy.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over a bed of cooked rice or quinoa.
Notes
Consider marinating the chicken in the sauce for enhanced flavor. Adjust Sriracha to taste for desired heat level.
