Description

A delightful dish featuring marinated honey lime chicken stacked on a bed of cilantro rice and topped with creamy avocado slices.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked.
  3. Prepare rice according to package instructions and mix in chopped cilantro.
  4. Slice avocado.
  5. Layer the stack with a base of rice, followed by grilled chicken and topped with slices of avocado.
