Ingredients
- 3 pounds of apples
- 1 pound of strawberries
- 1/4 cup juice, cider, or water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Chop the apples and strawberries, removing cores and stems, and cutting into roughly 1-inch pieces.
- Add the apples, strawberries, and juice or cider into the Instant Pot.
- Pressure Cook by securing the lid, closing the vent, and setting the Instant Pot to cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Release steam by opening the vent for a quick release once the cooking time is up.
- Sweeten by stirring in brown sugar if desired.
- Puree the mixture using an immersion blender or standard blender for a smoother consistency, if preferred.
