Description

A classic and comforting dish made with ground beef and a medley of tangy sauces, perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is browned and the onion is translucent.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the ketchup, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns.
  6. Serve the meat mixture on the buns and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider mixing in some hot sauce or diced jalapeños. Adjust sweetness by modifying the brown sugar amount.
