Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground beef (or lean ground turkey)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup beef broth (or water)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the ground beef (or ground turkey), cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Mix in the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika, ensuring everything is well combined.
  5. Pour in the milk and beef broth, stirring to blend.
  6. Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet, mixing until evenly distributed.
