Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra creaminess, you may add more cheese. Consider adding vegetables like peas or bell peppers for added nutrition.
