Description

A comforting and indulgent homemade cheeseburger macaroni dish that brings family together over a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra creaminess, you may add more cheese. Consider adding vegetables like peas or bell peppers for added nutrition.
