Description
A delightful and nutritious homemade drinkable yogurt made with yogurt, fresh or frozen fruits, and a touch of honey.
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups yogurt (regular or Greek)
- 1 ⅓ cups fresh or frozen fruit (thawed if frozen)
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2-3 tbsp honey (more to taste)
Instructions
- Pour the yogurt and fruit into the blender. Blend for approximately 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and consistently blended.
- Add the milk and honey, continuing to blend just until everything combines.
- Taste the mixture and adjust thickness by adding more milk if too thick, or more honey if additional sweetness is desired.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt. For a lighter drink, use regular yogurt with more milk. Experiment with different fruits and sweeteners to suit your taste!
