Description

A delightful and nutritious homemade drinkable yogurt made with yogurt, fresh or frozen fruits, and a touch of honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups yogurt (regular or Greek)
  • 1 ⅓ cups fresh or frozen fruit (thawed if frozen)
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 2-3 tbsp honey (more to taste)


Instructions

  1. Pour the yogurt and fruit into the blender. Blend for approximately 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and consistently blended.
  2. Add the milk and honey, continuing to blend just until everything combines.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust thickness by adding more milk if too thick, or more honey if additional sweetness is desired.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt. For a lighter drink, use regular yogurt with more milk. Experiment with different fruits and sweeteners to suit your taste!
