  • 1 can (300 ml) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 180 ml milk
  • 120 g chopped onion
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 710 g peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
  • 240 g shredded Cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
  2. Place a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring until it turns brown and breaks apart, which should take about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the excess fat and discard it.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the condensed soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper, stirring until they are well mixed.
