Description
A creamy, high-protein vanilla pudding made with Greek yogurt, perfect for a satisfying dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup water or preferred milk (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Recommended toppings: frozen mixed berries, whipped cream, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and water (or milk).
- Stir or whisk until the pudding mixture is smooth and well combined with no lumps.
- When the pudding is ready to eat, top it with thawed frozen berries and chopped nuts.
- If preferred, microwave the frozen mixed berries for about 45 seconds.
- Store the pudding in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Chill the pudding for at least an hour before serving to enhance flavor and texture. Adjust sweetness by varying the protein powder.
