Description

A creamy, high-protein vanilla pudding made with Greek yogurt, perfect for a satisfying dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup water or preferred milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Recommended toppings: frozen mixed berries, whipped cream, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and water (or milk).
  2. Stir or whisk until the pudding mixture is smooth and well combined with no lumps.
  3. When the pudding is ready to eat, top it with thawed frozen berries and chopped nuts.
  4. If preferred, microwave the frozen mixed berries for about 45 seconds.
  5. Store the pudding in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Chill the pudding for at least an hour before serving to enhance flavor and texture. Adjust sweetness by varying the protein powder.
