Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
