Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Cut into strips and roll each strip up.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
