Delicious and satisfying high protein pepperoni pizza rolls, perfect for snacks or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough
- 10 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese on each square.
- Fold the dough over the fillings and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy rolls, bake them for additional minutes until desired browning is achieved.
