Description

Delicious and satisfying high protein pepperoni pizza rolls, perfect for snacks or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 10 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares.
  4. Place a slice of pepperoni and a small amount of mozzarella cheese on each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the fillings and seal the edges.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy rolls, bake them for additional minutes until desired browning is achieved.
