Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil or oil of choice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated mozzarella
- ½ cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 12 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl, add cubed chicken, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat avocado oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook until browned. Once browned, add butter, honey, and chopped parsley. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked through, ensuring it reaches a safe internal temperature.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a separate pan and sauté 4 cloves of minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the cream, stirring until it melts and creates a thick, creamy sauce. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the cooked al dente macaroni until well combined and coated in the cheesy goodness.
Notes
For the best cheese pull, always use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded varieties. Customize with additional spices to taste.
