Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 green onions for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and cook until fully cooked and lightly golden, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in the honey and cream cheese until fully combined.
  5. Mix in the cooked macaroni and add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy.
