Description

A nourishing and versatile egg salad that pairs protein-rich hard-boiled eggs with creamy cottage cheese and zesty spices, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt (or celery seed)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard


Instructions

  1. Cut up the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the chopped eggs with the low-fat cottage cheese and the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. If a blended texture is desired, puree the mixture in a food processor.

Notes
