Description

A delightful high-protein dish combining savory chicken and crispy potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 800g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 120ml milk
  • 100g light cream cheese
  • 50g shredded mozzarella
  • 800g uncooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. Lower the heat, add milk and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the crispy potatoes, top with mozzarella, and cover for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. For crispy potatoes, season cubed potatoes and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 18-20 minutes or bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Garnish finished dish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For the crispiest potatoes, ensure space during cooking. Experiment with veggies for added nutrition.
