A delightful high-protein dish combining savory chicken and crispy potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 800g chicken breast, cubed
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 120ml milk
- 100g light cream cheese
- 50g shredded mozzarella
- 800g uncooked potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Lower the heat, add milk and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the crispy potatoes, top with mozzarella, and cover for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- For crispy potatoes, season cubed potatoes and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 18-20 minutes or bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish finished dish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For the crispiest potatoes, ensure space during cooking. Experiment with veggies for added nutrition.
