Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless steak (sirloin or fillet), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in a small bowl. Set this mixture aside.
- On medium-high heat, melt the butter in a hot pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the steak bites, combining them with the garlic butter.
- Pour in the sauce mixture, ensuring every piece of meat gets thoroughly coated.
- Stir-fry everything for about 5 minutes, cooking until the sauce reduces and the beef achieves a nice sear.
- If desired, finish the dish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
