Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or chives), chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and press to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
