Description

A delicious and nutritious salad combining the richness of tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and crunchy red onion, perfect for lunches or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 2 (3.5oz) cans tuna – drained well and flaked with a fork
  • 3 chilled hard-boiled eggs – peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In a medium-large bowl, combine mayo, dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until a creamy, thick dressing forms.
  2. Add the drained tuna to the bowl along with the chopped eggs, red onion, and pickle relish. Toss gently until everything is well-coated with the dressing.
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like dill or a squeeze of lemon juice. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
