Description

Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites made with fat-free cream cheese and non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, offering a creamy texture without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip
  • 24 Oreo thins


Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
  4. Add salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Continue beating until well combined.
  5. Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos, and beat until mixed well.
  6. Fold in thawed Cool Whip until all ingredients are combined.
  7. Evenly scoop cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.
  8. Freeze for 180 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
