Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach or mixed greens
  • Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and cook until tender.
