Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Mix the Greek yogurt and sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the cocoa powder, flour, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
