Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop the mixture and shape it into small patties.
- Fry each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm and enjoy your breakfast bites!
