Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
