Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Dash of Red Pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Pasta
- 3 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until halfway cooked.
- Add the diced onion, cooking until the beef is completely cooked through.
- Once fully cooked, stir in the kosher salt, black pepper, red pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground mustard.
- Mix in the tomato paste and beef broth, combining everything well.
- Stir in the gluten-free pasta, cover the pot, and turn the heat to low.
- Cover with a lid and cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta becomes tender, fold in the cheddar cheese until it melts smoothly. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Allow the dish to rest before serving to meld the flavors.
