Description

Delicious golden puff pastries filled with savory ham, creamy Swiss cheese, and fresh spinach—perfect as a snack or a main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup leftover ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Mix the diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place a spoonful of the ham mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
