Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Mix the diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the ham mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
