Description

A simple and delicious recipe for guacamole that celebrates fresh ingredients and brings people together.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1-2 jalapeños, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add lime juice, onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, salt, and cilantro (if using) to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as desired.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, mash the avocados lightly. Store leftovers by pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface to minimize browning.
