Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, allowing the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low and mix in the sour cream, stirring until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
