Description

A hearty and comforting one-dish meal featuring savory ground beef, zesty onion, creamy mushroom soup, and flaky biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of biscuits
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with the chopped onion and garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Open the can of biscuits and arrange them on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
