Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- Remove from the grill and serve immediately, or cool to room temperature before serving.
Notes
Consider drizzling a balsamic glaze over the top for an elegant presentation. Grilled vegetables can also be used in salads or wraps.
