Description

A flavorful grilled shrimp bowl featuring fresh shrimp, avocado, corn salsa, and a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
