Description

Juicy grilled chicken thighs topped with a vibrant chimichurri sauce that combines fresh herbs and garlic for a flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Reserve half of the chimichurri sauce for serving.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the remaining chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken thighs with the reserved chimichurri sauce on top.

Notes

For a kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes or add fresh lemon juice for a tangy twist.
