A delicious combination of a cheesy quesadilla and a hearty burrito, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes. Drain the excess grease, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas: Heat them in a dry skillet or microwave to ensure flexibility.
- Assemble the burrito: Lay a tortilla flat, layer with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella.
- Grill the burrito: Heat a skillet, sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese, place the burrito seam-side down, cook until crispy, then flip and repeat.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with different sauces or include vegetables like sautéed peppers or black beans.
