Description

A delicious combination of a cheesy quesadilla and a hearty burrito, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes. Drain the excess grease, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the tortillas: Heat them in a dry skillet or microwave to ensure flexibility.
  3. Assemble the burrito: Lay a tortilla flat, layer with rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella.
  4. Grill the burrito: Heat a skillet, sprinkle 2 tbsp of cheese, place the burrito seam-side down, cook until crispy, then flip and repeat.

Notes

For added flavor, experiment with different sauces or include vegetables like sautéed peppers or black beans.
