Ingredients
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice and minced garlic.
- Add olive oil and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cilantro.
- Place carne asada in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over meat, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
- Remove beef from marinade and shake off excess, then grill on medium-high heat to desired doneness.
