Ingredients
- 180 grams Greek yogurt
- 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla, cookie dough, or unflavored)
- 20 grams peanut butter (creamy)
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and sweetener. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- If needed, add a splash of milk to adjust the consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a cool snack.
