  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For the tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Notes

Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes before baking to help flavors meld and make handling easier. Adjust herbs and spices to personal preference.
