Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup quinoa or rice (optional)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp dill


Instructions
