Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Toothpicks, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl, tossing gently until well-coated.
