- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl, tossing gently until well-coated.
