Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bone-in chicken wings (900 g)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil (60 ml)
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (75 g)
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (113 g)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). crushed red pepper flakes
  • Caesar dressing, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Place an oven rack in the middle position and set the oven to 400°F. Lay a wire rack on a large baking sheet with edges. In a sizable bowl, combine the wings with the vegetable oil and season them with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Move the wings onto the prepared wire rack and bake them in the oven until they become golden and crispy, which will take roughly 50 minutes.
  3. In another large bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the cooked wings to this mixture and toss them around until they are fully coated.
  5. Place the wings onto a serving dish. Sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese on top for garnish.
  6. Serve the wings with Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
