Ingredients
- 2 lb. bone-in chicken wings (900 g)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil (60 ml)
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (75 g)
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (113 g)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp (5 ml). crushed red pepper flakes
- Caesar dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Place an oven rack in the middle position and set the oven to 400°F. Lay a wire rack on a large baking sheet with edges. In a sizable bowl, combine the wings with the vegetable oil and season them with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Move the wings onto the prepared wire rack and bake them in the oven until they become golden and crispy, which will take roughly 50 minutes.
- In another large bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked wings to this mixture and toss them around until they are fully coated.
- Place the wings onto a serving dish. Sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese on top for garnish.
- Serve the wings with Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
