Description

A flavorful dish where roasted cauliflower is enhanced with garlic and melted Parmesan cheese, creating a delightful side that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes
