- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
