Description

A comforting and simple dish that brings together garlic, olive oil, and parmesan for a delightful pasta experience.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked pasta to the pot and toss with the garlic oil.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, consider toasting the garlic in the olive oil and experimenting with different pasta types.
