Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Return the cooked pasta to the pot and toss with the garlic oil.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

For an even richer flavor, consider toasting the garlic in the olive oil and experimenting with different pasta types.
