Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
