Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
